How to connect AC5300 VPN Server(ipv6) from IPV4 network?

I have an AC5300 router in my home. And I got a public IPV6 address with it. And there is no global IPV4 address on it. I have started an OpenVPN server on this router, my question is:
Can I connect to this VPN through its IPV6 address?

And I have no IPV6 address in my office. I found a VPS that has both IPV4 and IPV6 addresses. Is it possible to connect to the VPN server in my home with this VPS?

VPN Server (OpenVPN ) can be connected via the IPV6 address.
