Hi All,

Before I upgraded to the latest firmware 386.4 I had 386.3_2 on my AX88U and all of a sudden I lost internet connection. Found that the NTP server stopped syncing which is strange because the last time it happened I changed my ethernet cable and all was fine last year and a half. So since it happened again I figured I tried changing the cable again and it synced but my WAN said it's disconnected so I rebooted and WAN was still disconnected and the NTP server stopped syncing. I'm asking myself why did it stop syncing if it worked when I changed the cable so I reconnected the cable and it started syncing again but the WAN still said disconnected. Tried multiple cables and they all did the same thing. Then I noticed on my phone I had wifi internet connection but with my laptop plugged directly to the router it had no internet connection. I upgraded the router to 386.4 and the same thing happened. Upon checking the sys log I kept seeing a repeat of the message shown below and I'm thinking could this be a hardware issue. Please help me understand the message.

It's a known issue that can be ignored, lot's of mentions of it in the 386.4 thread.

I followed the nvram steps and after I rebooted the wan connected but the ntp server for some reason does not want to sync
