The bane of my existence

This round plug shape that takes up a ton of space is the bane of my existence. It's caused me so many problems. It's the plug to my UPS. Why do they even make plugs like this?

I think a UPS should always be plugged into the wall. If you need more plugs cut the wall and make it a 4plex so you have 4 plugs.

There was a discussion in another thread - Leviton has a passive 6 socket adapter for less that 5 bucks over at the home Depot...

I wouldn't use one of them to plug in 6 devices, but plugging in two, these are helpful - PowerLine adapters, WallWarts (AC Adapters), odd plugs like OP has...
