Trying to drop Centurylink Router but Isuues with Firmware

I have the Asus RT-AC5300 model# 3.0.0.4.380, I installed the latest firm ware put in the PPOE User Name and password saved went to the Lan Page and the the IPV tab and there is no way to type in a WAN address of 201. I removed the firmare updated my installed firmare and tried again and still no joy. The guys at ASUS one day told me I would not be able to do this but yesterday the said it was possible. Can anyone give me some advice.

Look at: LAN => LAN - IPTV => Select ISP Profile => Manual Setting => Internet => VID => Type "201"

Well that got it working. Then after all that come to find out they have my ONT programmed for 100mbs not 1gig and I started this journey with these people in November and they started on the 9th this month.
