Hi all,

Today I upgraded my AC-3100 from rmerlin 384.19 to 386.2. Upgrade seemed to go fine but now I cannot access the router login page. I've always used 192.168.1.1. Also tried router.asus.com. I get nothing. The router is clearly working as I do have internet access. Where is the router login page?

Thank you,
mario

Have you read the release notes ?

- NOTE: Some users upgrading might have to go through some
database maintenance on first boot, which means the
router might be slower or have a non-responsive webui
for a while.
This can take anywhere from 5 minutes up to an hour,
depending on your model, just give it time to complete
the process.

You would also find it usful to keep the ASUS Discovery Tool on your PC so you can see what IP address is required.

Some have needed to wait a day or two before the GUI was accessible again, FYI. :)
