It was possible to set up WPA2-Enterprise per virtual interface from the GUI in the stock ASUS firmware and apparently in earlier versions of Merlin, but not since about 380.68.
At least two others asked about it, but the responses (1, 2) were unhelpful. Suffice it to say that the feature has some valid use cases, e.g. central guest user management over several APs, individualized time restrictions, etc. especially with isolated VLAN(s) coupled to the virtual interface(s).
Is there a way to re-enable the option in the GUI? Alternatively, could someone point me to a resource how to configure it from the CLI?
