[ 3006.102.6 alpha Build(s) ] available build(s)

I didn't see it but is internet speed test fixed in this version? On my AXE-16000 it's been broke for a few versions and just shows what shows in this picture below.

I don't think it's broken, it's intentional. Asus knows they can't run a 10 Gbps speedtest using the router's modest CPU, so they don't allow speedtests when the linkrate is over 5Gbps.

Well that makes me a bit of a sad panda lol.. Glad I didn't do the 5gb fiber upgrade for 104 a month from AT&T I guess.. Thanks for telling me this and code does make sense.

Also, the server in the other end can probably NOT deliver 10 GBit/s (the internet is not upgraded just because you are). You would be very disappointed if you only got 1 GBit/s in the speedtest, although that could very well happen.

I'll say I pretty consistently hit around 2.3-2.4 gigabits on my 2gb fiber connection so that is nice at least but that is bypassing the gateway and such. I honestly don't have access to 10gb and doubt I'd ever want to pay that premium unless it was somehow as cheap as my 2gb or a few $ a away like 5gb could be... It just has a 10gb link because of how I did my bypass with a vlan and such from my 10gb switch. So it has 10gb on the the WAN and then 10gb on the LAN into my 10gbit switch. I only have 2gb that is over provisioned though.

I believe that the unbound page is broken from this update. Everything else seems fine, though that page stopped rendering following the install. I fully removed, purging all data, reinstalled, and rebooted and see the same blank behavior with the sidebar also not showing.

Installed Alpha1 on GT-BE98 Pro, plus AiMesh GT-BE98 Pro node (always remove node, search and reconnect after updates). The Network Map listed like five times more clients then reality after the update.

Normally run ASUS Stock firmware on AiMesh nodes, just some extra playing tonight to see what works as Merlin code on AIMesh nodes, have had some quirks over the years.
GT-BE98 Pro worked fine. What didn't work on Alpha1 was the RT-BE96U in AiMesh node, in that "No Devices would connect". After trying twice from Stock to Alpha, back to Stock to Alpha, ended up back on Stock Firmware level "FW_RT_BE96U_300610238984" with some devices connected again.

Client count back to reality after about 15mins. Assume some table building going on, or similar...

This morning...some invisible Clients back..

Yeah. Me (and some other ppl) got this since 3006.102.5 (see my post history, like this one).
As I understand it something has to be fixed by Asus (?).
It will start to do it again after some time, count up and then drop down to normal values. Then it starts counting up again.
I have 55 days stable uptime right now so it doesn't impact anything i can notice but it makes the client count useless ofc.

Oh, the suspense is killing me; can’t see anything in the change log compared to the first alpha … 😆

Dirty upgrade from 102.6_alpha1-g2480b89a4a to 102.6_alpha1-gc3ecf6dda6. No issues to report.

Changes are almost always on Github, except when working on a private branch like the current RT-BE58_Go development.
