So currently I can not log in to the web gui of the router. Everything seems to work and I can connect trough SSH.

Is there a way to restart the web gui without rebooting the entire router?

Code:
service restart_httpd

If your router is supported by Merlin install the scMerlin script using AMTM and it included the option to restart the Web interface without having to remember or type in the command.

Thanks for the tip, but for this problem I’m fine now that I know the command :)

(Yes I’m running Merlin btw)

scMerlin is like a Swiss army knife. It has solutions for lots of problems besides just kick starting the Web GUI.

Even if you remember the command less characters to type:

AMTM
j3
3

And you are done.
