AC68U dropped packets

So I've been problems at times when connected to my 68U setup as an AP. Its ethernet connected LAN to LAN port to my Actiontec FiOS router. Every so often when I browsing the web I see stalled page completion. When this happens I immediately do pings.

I get good pings from the 68U static IP but it fails to the static IP of the Actiontec router. Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention..... I have the LAN connections (NAS, desktop PC) going to an 8 port unmanaged switch.

SOLVED: I narrowed it down to the LAN ports on the FiOS router. After a long chat session w/Verizon they finally decided to replace the router.
