AiCloud web access not working

I got brand new RT-AX88U, updated the router with 384.9, did factory restore and then configured the router (including "Cloud Disk" and "Smart access" and kept the port at default 443). However the AiCloud web access is not working - I am getting "refused to connect" in the browser (tried different browsers). I tried changing port, enable/disable cloud disk etc, but still can not use the AiCloud web access. Anything I can try?
 
I tried a few settings changes but it seems that httpd is running only on the WebAdmin port. Any suggestions how I can troubleshoot the issue?
 
It's a bug that will be fixed in 384.10.
 
Thank you! I did a dirty update to 384.10 beta 1 but the issue still there.

When I said 384.10, I meant the final release, not the current beta. The bug was only fixed last night.
