Yes that's correct. If you don't specify a port number at the end of the URL the browser will use port 80 for http:// (or unspecified), 443 for https://, 21 for ftp:// etc.

Is it still working after a reboot? What was your final port forwarding configuration?

It is still working after reboot, nice !
Finally, I erased the 80 80 and keep my 3141 to 80, as the loopback's working now !
