Automatic Channel Selection doing its thing. Your router is set on default Auto channel with up to 160MHz wide and is hunting for better channels. Lock the channels to what works well in your area and the messages will disappear. On 2.4GHz band use 20MHz wide, on 5GHz band use 80MHz wide and non-DFS range. Your Wi-Fi will work better and will be more reliable.

thanks and how can i find the best channel in my area ? any app on the router to select the best and keep or i need to use compter app ?

Just look at your router's logs and see what channels the router itself sees as best most of the time. Most apps won't show you available bandwidth per channel and the apps see the environment through some weaker mobile device radio. What your router sees around is more important.
