ASUS GT AC5300 Speed Problems

Just got my Rog Rapture yesterday..
Looks nice.. acts nice.. seems scared to go fast.

I have gigabit internet.
With my old router (linksys) my download speed is around 930 Mbps.

I plug in my 5300 and it drops to ~ 300 Mbps.

Any ideas what the problem could be??

Try turning off your modem for 5-10 minutes, some ISPs require that when you switch to a new router. The GT-AC5300 can definitely hit 900 Mbps.

turn off QOS

I have the GT-AC5300. It can do 940+ mbps with Adaptive QoS, AiProctetion and traffic analyzer enabled.

OP you must be doing something wrong :-( Could you please give us more details.
