New Around Here
Hi all,
I need to cover a large open space and a number of rooms behind concrete walls. No ethernet cabling (only one connection point in a corner of the building).
I need a slow but reliable connection i.e. even 1Mbit - 2,4GHz is fine.
I have a tplink wr1043nd in AP mode and before buying a lot of repeaters I want to upgrade the AP.
The wr1043nd works well in the open space; but the signal behind the concrete walls is too weak. I tested a wifi 6 router (ZTE H388x) and it covers a wider area then the old tplink, with a stable connection on the edge.

My idea is to buy an Ubiquiti UAP 6 long range. Is there an AP with a larger coverage for the same money? (The asus ax86u is too expansive for me!)

Thank you

NWA210AX @ ~$180 on Amazon

I've had one for a couple of years now and it performs well and they just released new FW this month which is a good sign of longevity. You'll need to have a wired backhaul though.
