Malicious sites being blocked but AiProtection is off

I tried to visit green-envy.co.uk and received a Trend Micro site blocked message from my router, but I have all AiProtection turned off. Parental controls also off.

This is the first time I've seen this come up, and yesterday I upgraded to 3004.388.4 so it could be as a result of that.

This is an RT-AX86U.

How come this filtering is happening when I don't have this enabled?

Check the privacy tab in the GUI , make sure you have not agreed to their EULA.

I would also power cycle the router , (pull power plug from router) let the power drain and then restart.

I have seen some very bad issues on neighbours ASUS kit lately after auto updates .

If you go to Administration - Privacy does it show as enabled?

I went into Administration->Privacy and pressed "Withdraw" and this has resolved the issue. I don't recall ever agreeing to it.
