The for the new Alpha 2 for AX88U. Last week I updated to the previous Alpha 2. At first I had jo issues but since 2 days I had issues wit connecting to wifi. Only WiFi 2,4 was connect ed en many many disconnects out of the blue, and in unresponsable Router UI.

Now flashed the newest Alpha 2 (why not Alpha 3?) RT-AX88U_3004_388.10_alpha2-g20271c0b1c.zip

Anyway good work!

Could be the new WiFi drivers that were included with alpha 2 (version 17.10.121.41)

But is it really a "shirt show"? Especially since it's been working fine within my home network?

With changes in the WiFi drivers, unexpected issues could crop up that were not apparent or experienced in the earlier firmware. If the WiFi driver in 388.10 alpha 2 (Merged GPL 388_25523) are different than those used in 388.9_2 (apparently Merged GPL 388_25373) that could be an explanation why you are having issues with the alpha 2 WPA3 protocol but not earlier firmware on the router.
