Missing OpenVPN client slots

I've recently flashed my Asus RT-AC3200 router with lastest merlin firmware 380.68_2.

This is my first asus router and first encounter of merlin. I've noticed that I only have 2 openvpn clients available to use whereas I've seen screenshots of I think 5-6? Is there something I need to do to enable this?

I'm trying to diagnose slow VPN speed on the router (15mb on a 100mb line) and wondering if there is something wrong with my version of merlin hence missing options.
