Open port in Transmission

First I'd like to say thank you for a great forum! I've learned so much from reading here.

I have followed this guide:

and installed Transmission and got it working. I'm a newbie and couldnt have done it without a guide. My problem is that apparently my port isnt open. I'm on a AC68U with Merlin 380.59 firmware.

Is there any way someone here can help figure this out?

You should be able to actually verify if the port is open by running the torrent address torrent detection test via https://ipleak.net/ The GUI interface doesn't always tell the truth.

Thank you for your reply.

I have been testing from my torrent tracker. It's a private tracker and there I get a warning when I'm not connectable.
I'm getting that warning now.
Is there anyway to troubleshoot or a way for me to share my settings/script so that one could see if things are as they should?
I'm in bridge mode on ISP modem/router so the AC68U should handle everything.

EDIT: Now that I'm home again and tried the link you posted, it shows the right port as open. I'll PM staff on the private tracker i use and ask them whats going on.

Seems like everything is OK then.
