New Around Here
Hi,

I just upgraded my RT-AC87U from asus-wrt 3.0.0.4.380_7743 to Merlin 380.69

My objective is to use policy routing so that IP cams do not go through VPN.

When checking the general settings after upgrade, I see my PIA OpenVPN clients (NL+UK) are now listed under the PPTP tab instead of OpenVPN tab. The VPN type field in the GUI still says "OpenVPN".

The "activate" button does not work anymore (nothing happens after clicking it).

Is that normal behaviour? Should I delete the existing (now PPTP) clients and create new OpenVPN clients?

Any other must-do setting changes required after upgrade?

What are the recommended settings for OpenVPN client in Merlin? Obviously there are a lot more options to be filled now.

[EDIT] I also see that most network clients now have a static IP, for example my printer was DHCP before, but is now static. Is that expected behaviour?

Thanks!
