It is my first post at this forum hello togehter!
Before I start with my question, let us have a look at my setup:
FritzBox router providing gate to internet:
Net: 192.168.1.1/24
R7000 with XWRT-VORTEX FW:
Net: 192.168.2.2/24
WAN-IP: 192.168.1.2
WAN (R7000) physically connected to LAN (FritzBox)
OpenVPN Client running
My plan is to use the R7000 as a VPN-Gateway. All devices that connect to it (WLAN or LAN) are currently gated through the VPN. Works just great.
However, my plan is to also gate devices through the VPN that are physically connected to my FritzBox LAN.
Is there a way to achieve this? If yes, can someone provide me a guidance of how to do it?
I just want to avoid physically connect them to R7000. My home setup does not allow me to do it.
Thanks a lot!
