Today I noticed these strange entries in syslog:

What is this?

I'm on an AC86U Firmware-Version: 386.3_alpha1-gb5bff52d3d

I found out, these entries appear, when I change the language.

I would conclude that Notification Center will try to re-initialize its email setup if the desired language has changed. If you haven’t setup email notifications, then it does nothing.
