Firmware: 384.14_2
Model: RT-AC86U

Issues:
LAN speed is limit at 200mbps, but my WiFi speed can go up to 100% at 500mbps.
There's no NAT Acceleration setting, but HW acceleration shows:
Runner: Enabled - Flow Cache: Enabled

Im with the same problem as you. Wifi getting 240Mbps and using cable 96Mbps.
I`ve printed the status page and found this:

But I haven't found the right place to switch Lan ports to Gigabit.

The ethernet port is automatically negotiated speed. The ethernet LAN port on your computer or the cable itself might be limited to 100Mbps

Ensure you are using cat5e, (or higher) cables.:)
Before updating the RTAC86U firmware my ISP speed was 120Mbps (AND LAN speed also). But yesterday I upgraded my plan to 240Mbps and also proceeded with a firmware upgrade. The lan speed decresead to 94Mbps and wifi turned to 240. And I’m confident thats a firmware problem. Any idea?

To be expected, if either your cables, or Ethernet LAN ports, are telling the router they are only good for 100mbps.
Cat5 cables for example, will force a 100mbps limit.

Your problem is completely different than the one previously discussed in this thread (which was caused by a bad laptop USB to Ethernet adapter).

There's nothing in the firmware to change. The speed is auto-negotiated by the hardware. Try completely powering off the router rather than just rebooting it.
