AC66u_b1 CPU-2 Pegged at 100%

Currently running Merlin 384.6, Which when installed was fresh, factory reset etc.

Now after 28 days uptime CPU 2 is now a constant 100% with ZERO load, I did notice a few days ago my ram free was 50MB? But not sure if that is normal or not.

I do have CTF disabled as I use BW monitor and DPI stats turned on. No QoS settings though.

CPU 1 usage seems normal when usage is going on usually its around 70% when hitting 100mbps which is normal.

I had this happen 1 month ago, but thought it was caused by SNMP issues as it was intermittent. But factory resetted and updated to be safe.

But now the issue is back!

Any ideas?

Notes: I usually only see CPU usage on Core 2 for WiFi usage. But WiFi is totally disabled.
