Adguard failing to start on AC86U

Hi,

I've upgraded the router to 386.12 and updated entware packages but I can't get adguard to start. It just hangs on a status of dead after initial configuration. I've tried removing and reinstalling but it hasn't helped and DNS resolution stops working untill I uninstall it.

Could really do with some assistance to resolve this issue.
