Any way to access guest wifi nodes from regular network?

New Around Here
I have wome IoT devices (smart plugs, thermostats, etc) which are not hardened. Well, I can't verify whether or not they are hardened. Anyway, I have put those on my guest network, to prevent an adversary from attacking my sensitive devices through my IoT devices.

However, I have a server, which I run on my regular network (as it needs to access other nodes). One of the responsibilities of this server is to control some of the IoT stuff. Currently, it cannot access or detect the devices on the guest network.

Is there any way at all to allow one-way access for this case?
