I found this web page through another post in this forum:
http://routersecurity.org/
Specially the HNAP part got my attention:
http://routersecurity.org/hnap.php

I found that at least on the RT-AC68U with firmware 3.0.0.4.380.4164 HNAP still exist.
It seems not reachable from the WAN side (with WAN access disabled), but it does exist on the LAN side after entering your credentials.
Here is a part of the HNAP page, which is XML coded as decribed :

I strongly suggest Asus to remove the HNAP portion from the firmware code, like maybe other remainders of outdated code and hidden pages.

[EDIT]
The above is the result of the way AsusWRT GUI deals with non existing URLs.
There is no HNAP in AsusWRT.

I don't think you can do anything though as HNAP is based on SOAP and SOAP was patched a long time ago if I remember correctly.

Clicking on reboot brought up the reboot prompt and clicking OK did nothing on my router.

Clicking on anything else like WAN, LAN, Wireless, IPv6, Etc. just brought up this page.

i try this but i was redirected to main login page.

Asuswrt does not have HNAP. What you posted is part of their regular page, with all CSS stripped from it - that's not XML... Probably something you had in cache.

Feel free to search through the source code or www content - that URL does not exist within the firmware. That URL returns a 404 here.

I did already look up the www content and found there is no HNAP1 page.
Now found AsusWRT helps you as follows:
"http://192.168.1.1/HNAP1/" returns to the main page (links get confused and without css).
"http://192.168.1.1/HNAP1" returns a 404.
And as bonus: replace HNAP1 with anything (non existing) else and the result is the same :)
Conclusion: there is no HNAP in AsusWRT and the author of http://routersecurity.org/ shall correct his text (omit the last / in the URL).
