New Around Here
Hello,
Thank you Merlin for the wonderful job that you do !
I have a suggestion, if possible to add the now-dns.com service in the list of WAN - DDNS.
I use a RT-N66U with Firmware: 380.66_4.
Now-DNS it's compatible with ddclient, but ddclient is not part of the firmware.
They have API and from http://mypi.co/?m=api we can read :

How about Linux and Cron?
We've got you covered. Set up a cron job with following command to be ran every 60 seconds
(Or however long you want):
curl -u <email>:<password> "https://now-dns.com/update?hostname=<hostname>"

Someone have some alternative solution ? I'm not a linux guru, maybe someone can add the sample script.

Many thanks !

There are no plan to make any change to the supported DDNS services. The custom mode was implemented so users can support virtually any existing DDNS service themselves, without having me devote a lot of time constantly updating things when things change with supported services.

Hello,
Fair enough. Thank you, the custom mode should be enough even with the startup scripts to be made.
Have a great day !
