I have a EA7300 in repeater mode, I have Asus router behind my AT&T Gateway. I can only connect to my repeater (EA7300) if I use the logon information for the Asus router
Is this normal or something in setup wrong?

How come Linksys has your Asus router logon information? Something is wrong there. Things like this may happen when your browser's auto-fill populates some of the fields and you klick OK without noticing. Reset the Linksys router and set it up again.

The EA7300 is wireless to the Asus

Ah, you want to connect to the repeater's Wi-Fi, not to the UI. Find the Linksys IP in Asus connected devices list, get to the UI, go to Router Settings and find Wireless. See if this Linksys model allows different SSID and password in repeater mode. I was thinking about getting into Linksys UI.
