Hey,

Sorry for the ambiguous title, not sure what the actual problem is.
I'm running Merlin version 380.66_4 on my RT-AC68.

I have a VOIP phone box which recently has been losing connection.
Rebooting the router resolves the issue temporarily, until connection is lost again.
Rebooting the phone box doesn't help.
Everything else seems to be fine.

I manually assigned an IP to the phone box under the DHCP server settings.
Then, I configured port forwarding to forward all incoming traffic on port 443 to the assigned IP, port 5060.
This was based on my ISP instructions.

I don't really know where to look for the cause of the disconnects and couldn't see anything in the logs.
Can anyone point me where to look?

Thanks!

Use sip keep alive setting, keeps the port open

The only related setting I found is: WAN > NAT Passthrough > SIP Passthrough
And I have it set to Enabled + NAT helper
