Question about "downgraded chanspec"

I'm noticing this showing on the System Log - General Log.
RT-N66U 3.0.0.3 178.16 Beta 1

With my android phone is using the wireless or nothing using the wireless.

Can't find any information as to what this is. My guess is it means you have neighbors on those wifi channel, so the router is simply adapting to avoid interference.
 
I was able to stop the channel jumping. :)

In Wireless, I took Control Channel out of Auto and that stopped the downgraded chanspec issue.
