Rebooting via the GUI fails when USB HDD is plugged in...

Occasional Visitor
As the title states, what causes my router to just turn off when I try to reboot via the GUI when my USB HDD is plugged in the router. Does not always happen, but about 25% of the time it will fail.

Running Merlin 382.1
