rt-n66u firmware 380.57_0 adaptive QoS?

I am trying to throttle ONLY netflix, and I can't seem to find the page for adaptive QoS. If I navigate to http://192.168.1.1, log in, click the traffic manager tab, and view the page (QoS_EZQoS.asp) source, I see this:

Is the adaptive QoS not supported anymore? Is there no other way to throttle bandwidth for a specific website?

The RT-N66U doesn't support Adaptive QoS.

RT-AC56U or newer.

I think you will find that QOS has always only been available in the newer more powerful ARM cpu routers.
