Go into Skynet settings again and just re-enable WebGUI. It will integrate everything again. It didn't show up for me just by upgrading to 384.15, probably because I didn't have logging enabled beforehand.

I didn't need to enable the WebGUI when I upgraded it was already on the Tab showed up in the firewall section as soon as the firmware update was done. So I guess it varies?

In future all you need to-do is check the syslog for the error reason there. In 99.9% of cases a reinstall (while it may end up working) is unnessesary.
The addon tab is not a default tab, its added by Jacks ui* scripts.

No since the router is already been up 18+ hours on the new firmware I'd rather just uninstall and reinstall them. Already done for uidivstats so that is working now to fix NTP merlin.
Thanks for the headsup! I updated ntpMerlin a few hours ago and I also had a duplicate tab there. Uninstalling ntpMerlin and rebooting got rid of the two tabs from the GUI, but now I can't reinstall it from amtm:
Code:
ntpMerlin: Unsupported firmware detected - ntpMerlin requires 384.XX
ntpMerlin: Requirements for ntpMerlin not met, please see above for the reason(s)
