Smart Connect

There is a request to add Smart Connect capability to the table here:

I was assuming only tri-band routers (RC-AC3200, RT-AC5300 and the GT-AC5300) do support Smart Connect.
It seems the RT-AC86U, RT-AC88U and RT-AC3100 do support Smart Connect as well.
Can someone confirm what is right?
