I'm looking to replace an eero pro system from 4 years ago. I have ethernet connectivity at each node location, so I would be looking to do ethernet backhaul with the AX Mini. Here's my question:
I have FiOS TV/Internet which requires me to have their router in the network. So I would want to set the AX mini to AP Mode with wired backhaul. My other requirement is one of the node locations needs ethernet to a device there. With my eero there was 2 ethernet ports, where the AX Mini nodes only have one.
If the router unit is in AP Mode, does the router unit's ports (ethernet and Intenet) both support local ethernet connectivity? Having used my AC68U in AP mode the internet port would do local ethernet connectivity.
Thank you for any insight.
