Hello, I have a RT-AC66U and a AC5300.

When I access my router 192.168.1.1 on the top left of Chrome it says Not Secure. I tried turning on HTTPS only but still say Not Secure. I've also tried other browsers but issue persist.

Is there any way to fix this since I remote admin my router?

Hi! I believe you’re not accessing through https or if you’re then the router is presenting a self-signed Certificate which is not recognized by the browser as a trusted one. Either you add that Certificate to the trusted certificates list or you up load a recognized Certificate to the router. There is a tutorial on how to do that here: https://gist.github.com/davidbalbert/6815258. However it seems not working on the latest Merlin firmware version. I had it running in older versions but in the actual one ins’t.

It happens to me but only on Firefox and Bitdefender shows an alert saying it deleted a Trojan.

Is there another way to solve this dilema? Is the certificate you are talking is uploaded to the router or to the browser?
