Asus RT88U UI stuck sometimes

Hi,

Every once in a while, the router UI hangs and does not return to normal until the router is reset. This happens on Merlin firmware for a few versions now, I'm currently running 384.15.

When it happens, I can log in just fine, but the home page just hangs there with a dark gray background. Of course, the actual routing works perfectly without any issues.

Any idea on how I can diagnose this?

Try a different browser. Use scMerlin to ssh in and reset the GUI.

Maybe more pertinent, perform a full reset to factory defaults if you haven't done it in a while.
