Good,Try clearing the web browser's cache. Sometimes the flash may be successful but the web browser loads a cached page instead.
Some basic troubleshooting steps to try when having trouble flashing/updating firmware on an Asus router:
Try a different web browser.
Try a different computer.
Make sure to use a computer directly wired (Ethernet) to the router with no extenders or network switches in-between.
Temporarily disable any browser addons or extensions.
Temporarily disable any third party security software.
If you have a USB drive attached to the router, disconnect the USB drive before attempting to upgrade the firmware.
Reboot the router.
Reboot the computer used to flash the firmware to the router.
Good,Confirm that you have the proper file/correct version.
Confirm.
That's not an error, it's just a normal message. Ignore it.I get this "error" on my ax11000 when I try to upgrade, what can I do to fix besides factory resetting the router
