New Around Here

I live in a new build property. I have BT 300mb fibre and wired Ethernet.
The fibre WiFi is working as I can get my home hub 2 (I think it’s one of the Nokia modems) to connect no problem and have got around 250 mb on my phone and connected a TV to that WiFi no problem (I have also connected the tv to Ethernet and no problems.)

I bought the ASUS zen WiFi ax and I cannot get this connected. I can set it up (used DHCP, did not seperate networks. It says the router was set up correctly but no internet (light is red) I have tried switching Ethernet cables. I have reset and started again.. still it goes red..

can someone please offer advice? I’m not overly technical so some networking terms might need explained.

thanks In advance!
