I have this ROG GS-AX5400 router. It's on the backend of my AT&T Gateway (BGW210-XXX). I have the AT&T Gateway in IP Passthrough mode. So now I have two problems that I see with this router.
#1: Currently, my Network Map screens shows me 18 devices are connected. I've read that this can hold 25 devices. So it's not the number of devices. Last night and tonight I tried to add a new device. Now on the new device I'm getting the internet. I did a scan with Angry IP Scanner and it shows me 19 devices and that new device is listed with a green light meaning it's sending and receving. But the new device isn't showing up in my Network Map Screen. When I look at the network plug going into the TV, there are no blinking lights. In fact, there are no blinking lights on the router either.
So what's wrong?
Thanks
