I've recently bought a gt-ax11000 but ive been having issues with 2.4ghz, no matter what i do i get extremely high latency and no more than 40 down 7 up

In order to help, a little more information may be needed, such as:
What are the WiFi connection speeds on 2.4GHz (System Log> Wireless log)?
What speed is your internet service plan?
How many devices do you have on 2.4GHz?
Does your property have partition walls, solid concrete, or something else?
How close is your property to your neighbours, and how many of them are there?
Have you tried using a WiFi Analyser app to see what other 2.4GHz networks there are close by?
What do you consider a high latency to be?

That's just a starter, but may get us on the right track!
