GT-AXE16000 smart connect rules help?

I am clueless on how to optimize this. Everything is left at default, but I have been getting some IOT connection issues and my 15pro phone is staying on 2.4ghz more than I expected. I was hoping some smart people here could assist in deciphering this and suggest some more optimum values.
