MegaFon M150-2 USB Modem Stick No Longer Compatible With Asuswrt-Merlin Firmware

Hi,
I am using MegaFon M150-2 USB Modem Stick (*with Huawei E3372h chipset) for Asus router RT-AC88U and RT-ACC87U, with Asus stock firmware.
It is working well until convert router to use Asuswrt-Merlin firmware version 384.5.
Router no longer able to access the SIM card.
I resolved issue by change to use Huawei Modem Stick E3 372.
Will there have a fix to this? I have many MegaFon M150-2 sticks.
Deeply appreciate all help.
