VPN client setup - VPN Director option not listed for redirect internet traffic

Hi there,

I am trying to setup a VPN tunnel for a specific device on my network.

I imported the ovpn file into the VPN Client tab of Asus Merlin, it works fine but I can't see the "VPN Director (policy rules)" option under the "Redirect Internet traffic" dropdown list:

Is it normal?

So the VPN is working fine when connected, I can get all my devices routed through the tunnel but this is not what I want.

So I tried a work around through VPN Director thinking the WAN (trying to redirect my laptop for a test) but my solution is not working either:

Do you know what is wrong with the VPN client config? Why is the VPN director option not appearing in the drop down list?
Any idea on how to get it working?

You must use a TUN connection to be able to use VPN Director.
