Weird problem with guest wifi

Hey guys, I have four xt9 devices in my house with the following setup.
Living room is connected with Ethernet cable, kitchen AP link is through living room and stairwell ap link is to the main router.

With this setup everything works just fine except the wifi guest which is stuck at obtaining IP address.

If I force the kitchen AP link to the main router then the WIFI guest works just fine getting an ip address correctly.

For maximum performance though the kitchen should be connected to living room but this has the wifi guest problem.

Any thoughts? Is anyone having a similar issue?

To give more context to the above if I enable the Access Intranet the wifi guest works just fine irrelevant from the setup of the AP

Common issue of having to enable Guest Network Access Intranet to get Guest Network working properly in certain circumstances. The issue has been complained about in a number of other posts. See the forum search feature:
