New to the forum and learning more on this new router + merlin
I have a RT-AC68U on which I flashed Asuswrt-Merlin. currently on v380.65
For the past few weeks, I have been noticing that my wireless connection from my laptop stops and browser shows page cannot be displayed. Similar happens on other wireless devices like Ipad.
Do not think it has happened because of merlin upgrade.
Working wireless connection reads 'Not connected'. At that point, I cannot even connect to the router using the 192.168.... address.
But later, It connects back within like 30 secs or so.
Wireless from laptop is connected using the 2.4Ghz wireless option. The laptop does not have option to connect to 5Ghz (does not even show in the wireless networks available list).
I need to add, I do have AB-Solution on the router, which seems to be doing its part.
My issue is, when I check the system log on the router, it does not show any entry of why the connection was dropped or what stopped the connection.
Is there a setting that I should turn on or off, to help me diagnose the issue of the connection dropped.
Any help to diagnose and resolve will help.
