Devices Assigned Multiple IPv6 Addresses

I searched the forums be couldn't find anyone else with this issue. I recently purchased an AC86U and loaded Merlin Firmware on it. I did a factory reset (I tried holding WPS and power on to erase NVRAM but that didn't work) and setup from scratch. IPv6 is setup as native (Cox is my ISP) with DHCP-PD set to Enable. I noticed some of my devices have a ton of IPv6 address assigned to it. I tried rebooting multiple times and factory resetting as well. I also factory reset my modem (Netgear CM1000).

Any ideas?

It's part of IPv6 for "Privacy Extensions" and is driven by the OS and the apps you are running.
