Vonage problem with ver 384.6

Hello,

this is my first time posting in this forum. I recently upgraded to 384.6 on my Asus AC-5300. I discovered I am having a problem with my Vonage phone. I can make phone calls just fine, but when I answer calls I receive I can not hear the caller and they can not hear me. This only occurs when I receive a call. It works just fine when I make calls.

I spoke to Vonage and they had me place my Vonage device into the DMZ and then the problem resolved itself. They indicated something on my router is blocking incoming calls.

I have never had to open ports or make changes to my router to get Vonage to work.

I was not sure if the recent changes in 384.6 now require this or if this is maybe a bug?
 
Do you run any additional scripts like ab-solution, skynet, freshjr etc.?
Did you switch to a different DNS?
Is DNSSEC enabled?
Did you change Q0S?
