Wireless AP ratings

I just read this article on Cisco wireless APs. They were rated second above TP-Link. There downside was disconnecting if the mesh was not configured properly??? I would never use mesh any way as it is slower than wired.

The only 'ratings' I believe are what I test and observe in my own/known environments.

Multiple, third-party ratings (of the same models) are only useful when actually choosing what I'll spend the time to test, myself.
