5ghz wifi randomly slow/laggy

I am trying to help a neighbor who has a RT-AX1800s router. He says that it randomly becomes very slow on 5ghz and lags so bad he can't stream movies. Wired devices have no issues, so we ruled out his ISP (ATT Fiber)

Changing channels or restarting helps for a day or so and then it slows again. Do you see any issues in his settings?

Well it turns out the router is just bad. Even after a factory reset and hooked up to another network it was still slow and unstable. Also noticed it audibly chatters like crazy when moving data.
